ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As State Farm Insurance for Jason Laube, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Rosemount Minnesota.
- Our office is open 8:30 - 5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2004.
- We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
- We have 100+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
